About Little Nice Things

Little Nice Things is a Web3 design studio shaping the future of decentralized experiences. We work with leading protocols and ambitious startups to craft intuitive, high-impact products at the intersection of Web3, design systems, and emerging technologies.

We believe design should move fast, scale intelligently, and push visual boundaries. That means embracing AI as a creative partner, not just a productivity hack.

The Role

We are not looking for a traditional designer who spends weeks perfecting a single flow.

We are looking for an AI-augmented powerhouse.

As a Product Designer at Little Nice Things, you will take strategic direction and turn it into world-class, high-fidelity digital products. You will lead hands-on execution in Figma, set the visual and interaction bar, and help define what a modern Web3 product should look and feel like.

Crucially, this role requires someone who uses AI to create, not just optimize. You should actively leverage AI tools to generate layouts, assets, and copy, automating the boring parts so you can focus on elite crafted UI, complex interactions, and rapid prototyping.

What You’ll Do

Product & UI Excellence
Own the end-to-end design of complex Web3 interfaces: dashboards, flows, mobile dApps, and data-heavy products.
Design high-quality UI that balances functional clarity with strong visual identity.
Elevate client products and Little Nice Things’ own branding through typography, color, layout, and motion.

AI-Driven Creation
Integrate AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Relume, Framer AI, Galileo, Open AI, Claude, LLMs) into your daily workflow.
Use AI to accelerate ideation, generate UI concepts, explore visual directions, and prototype faster.
Continuously experiment with new AI-driven design workflows and share learnings with the team.

Design Systems & Figma Mastery
Build, expand, and maintain scalable design systems in Figma using auto-layout, variables, and components.
Create white-label versions of products from shared UI foundations.
Be the person others ask: “How did you do that in Figma?”

Prototyping & Collaboration
Move from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes at speed.
Partner closely with strategists and developers to ensure designs are feasible, coherent, and production-ready.
Participate actively in critiques, workshops, and client reviews.

Studio & Community Contribution
Contribute to internal processes, documentation, and quality standards.
Mentor other designers through feedback, critiques, and knowledge sharing.
Stay adaptable as new projects, clients, and initiatives emerge.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have
Experience: 5+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows elite visual craft and functional clarity.
AI-native mindset: You actively use AI for UI generation, copy, layouts, and exploration. If you don’t use AI in your creative process, this role is not for you.
Figma wizardry: Deep expertise in design systems, variables, advanced prototyping, and plugins.
Web3 fluency: Comfortable designing for wallets, transaction states, DeFi patterns, and data-rich interfaces.
Speed with quality: You move fast without breaking consistency or brand integrity.
Detail obsession: You notice the 1px misalignment others miss.
Fluent English: Able to clearly communicate design decisions and lead reviews.

Nice to Have
Crypto-native understanding of the ecosystem and culture.
Experience across both product UI and marketing surfaces.
Comfort designing diagrams, decks, and visual storytelling assets.

How We Work (Our Ethos)
No silos, no egos. We support each other.
Take ownership. Act like an owner.
Get things done. Execution matters.
Simplify and systemize. Work smarter, not harder.
Lead by example. Learn first, then raise the bar.

Get obsessed. Chase excellence in the craft.

What We Offer
Work on cutting-edge projects in Web3, DeFi, and AI.
A culture of experimentation, learning, and high standards.
Personal mentorship and regular design critiques.
A fully remote team across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
Annual team retreat to connect and plan ahead.
Competitive compensation based on skill and impact.

If this sounds like you, we want to see how you think, design, and create.

Portfolio required. AI-powered workflows encouraged.
